Your treatment begins before you arrive.
A couple of days before your appointment I send an online consultation covering relevant health information and contraindications, how you are feeling, what you would like support with, scent preferences and massage preferences.
I create your personal essential-oil blend and prepare it the night before so the oils have time to marry. On arrival, the diffuser is already carrying the scent of your blend and the music has been chosen for you.
Your massage is adapted to your preferences and may include the body, face and scalp. Gentle frequency devices can be incorporated where appropriate and wanted.
Allow 90 minutes; massage approximately 60–75 minutes.

Invest in you — your monthly reset.
One bespoke aromatherapy experience in each monthly billing period, normally £80. Member saving £20.
Cancel any time. The included treatment must be taken within that monthly period and does not roll over.

A focused foot treatment designed as a calm, restorative wellbeing experience. The treatment itself is approximately 45 minutes; allow up to 60 minutes so there is no rush before or afterwards.

The ending is part of the experience too.
The Retreat after dark
As daylight fades, the Retreat takes on a completely different ambiance. Soft lighting, candlelight, music and the glow of the cabin create a beautifully peaceful setting for an evening treatment.
