You will not be expected to choose a device. We begin with a conversation, and Ashley guides the experience from there.
Personalised tones to listen to at home
Inner Voice
Your voice carries more than your words. The way we speak can reflect aspects of how we’re feeling.
Inner Voice works with a short recording of your voice and uses voice-analysis technology to generate personalised frequency-based tones and music for you to listen to at home.

Monthly remote options
Weekly Inner Voice Monthly
Up to four Inner Voice scans in each monthly billing period, plus one 15-minute online check-in with Ashley each month.
A fresh voice sample is needed for each weekly scan. If a sample is not sent, that week’s scan cannot be completed.
