Frequency & Wellbeing Disclaimer

Important information about the nature and limits of frequency-based services.

Frequency-based services offered by Ashley May / The Frequency Retreat are intended for general wellbeing, relaxation, personal awareness and educational purposes.

They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease or medical condition, and they are not a substitute for medical advice, diagnosis, treatment or other care from an appropriately qualified healthcare professional.

What this means

  • Frequency-based devices, scans, reports, tones, music or other outputs should not be interpreted as a medical diagnosis or clinical test result.
  • Any language used during a wellbeing session is intended to support personal awareness and discussion, not to make medical claims.
  • Individual experiences vary. No particular health outcome or result can be guaranteed.
  • If you have symptoms, a diagnosed condition, a new or worsening health concern, are pregnant, take medication or are unsure whether a service is appropriate for you, seek appropriate medical advice.
  • Do not stop, start or change prescribed medication or medical treatment because of a frequency-based wellbeing session or report.
  • Tell Ashley about relevant contraindications or health information requested as part of the consultation process so the experience can be adapted or declined where appropriate.

Remote frequency services

Remote Inner Voice and other remote frequency-wellbeing services are also provided on the same non-medical basis. Reports, tones, music and electronic materials are supplied for general wellbeing, relaxation, personal awareness and educational use. They are not medical assessments and should not be used as a substitute for professional healthcare.

Personal responsibility

Ashley May encourages clients to take an active role in their own wellbeing while seeking appropriate professional care when needed. DRME—Diet, Reset, Mindset and Exercise—is a wellbeing framework built around everyday foundations and personal participation; it is not a medical service or a replacement for healthcare.

If you have a health concern: please seek appropriate medical advice from a suitably qualified healthcare professional. In an emergency, use the appropriate emergency medical service.
