Just to switch things up a little, today I am sharing two of my most effective methods to reset your posture.

These 2 stretches are so simple, you will be amazed with the improvements to your posture if you consistently work these into your weekly home fitness plan. These are essential if you have spent all day in the office at a desk, in meetings, sitting for any length of time commuting or have maybe spent a little too long with your eyes glued to your devices.

Spend a little time in the evening with these and notice how your posture has improved as soon as you stand up along with how good it feels as your shoulders feel pinned back to where they should be.


Please don't be fooled by how simple these methods are. Give them a go over the holiday weekend.
