To keep your options open to create varied home workouts, there are a few bits of kit that are so versatile, the possibilities are endless. The fitness industry is big business with all sorts of new equipment to tempt you. But the dumbbell is and always has been the king of them all. Many of you will have some kicking around at home.
Dust them off and give the following circuit a blast. Start light, perfect your technique and slowly you can increase from there.
Always start light, learn the correct technique, preferably from a certified strength and conditioning specialist and if you consistently workout at home, you will increase your strength and lift more weight.
